# Portfolio and Rewards

Your portfolio, rewards and staking views answer different questions. Use the wallet that holds the position or earned the reward.

### Portfolio

Review your token balances and positions, then open a project for its trading history and current market information. The refreshed interface adds more detail around cost basis, trades and performance as it rolls out.

Market value changes with price. A displayed profit or loss is an estimate based on the transactions and prices the app has indexed. Transfers and incomplete history can affect that view. Check the underlying activity when reconciling a position.

### Rewards

Open Rewards to see referral Loot, trader rebates, claim history and season XP. Earned, claimed and claimable are different amounts. A recent trade can require processing before its post-graduation reward becomes claimable.

Review the asset and amount for each claim, approve the required wallet transaction and check the receipt. SOL and project-token rewards can follow different distribution paths.

### Staking positions

When staking is enabled, use its dedicated view for deposits, reward balances and unlock times. LOAD rewards can become a locked restaked position; other tokens can enter reward locks. A successful claim therefore does not always mean spendable tokens arrived in the wallet.

Open the relevant position or receipt to see where the reward went and when it can be withdrawn.

### If a balance looks wrong

Check that the selected wallet is correct, confirm the transaction on-chain and allow the app to refresh. Compare the transaction history with the position and claimable balance. If they still disagree, contact support with the public transaction signature and affected project.

Never send private keys or seed phrases to support.

Read [Rewards & Rebates](https://loadout.gitbook.io/product-docs/for-traders/rewards) and [Staking](https://loadout.gitbook.io/product-docs/overview/staking) for the underlying rules.
