# Treasury Management

Trading fees can fund development before and after graduation. Keep the amounts earned, committed and withdrawn clear enough for your community to follow.

### On the curve

The standard 5% game-curve fee allocates 4 percentage points to the studio and 1 to Loadout before referrals and rebates. Any configured studio buyback share comes from the studio allocation.

Under the updated flow, graduation moves the selected buyback share of accumulated pre-graduation studio fees into the project's buyback escrow. This includes eligible anti-sniper receipts. The remaining studio allocation supports development.

### After graduation

The standard official game pool starts with a 2% trading fee. Meteora takes its share first. Fee ownership, compounding and the position's allocation policy determine the remaining receipts.

For the standard graduation-position splitter, claimable fees split 80/20 between the studio and Loadout before the studio's buyback carve-out and Loadout's referral obligations. Staking positions follow their own published fee policy.

### Keep liquidity and funding separate

New curated launches target 150 SOL in real curve reserves; instant launches target 85 SOL. These reserves seed liquidity. They are separate from the studio's fee earnings.

A token's trading volume or market capitalisation is not the studio's bank balance. Use actual fee receipts when reporting funding. Account for buyback commitments before describing what remains available for development.

### Reserved tokens and staking

Team and treasury token allocations follow their on-chain schedules. They are separate from SOL fee income. Under the updated launch flow, an optional staking reserve also stays separate and goes to the staking reward system after graduation.

### Communicate changes

Publish development updates and explain major uses of funds. Show your current fee-funded buyback setting and any separately promised game-revenue buybacks.

The current buyback implementation only permits increases before graduation; it can permit decreases afterward. Do not describe the current percentage as permanently locked unless the project's deployed controls enforce that commitment.
