# Launch Guide

Your project page should tell people what you're building, what you've already done and what you need to do next.

### 1. Prepare your materials

Gather your studio and game descriptions, team information, roadmap, use of funds, token artwork and game media. Add playable builds, trailers and design documentation where available. A token launch can fund a game that is still in development.

### 2. Select the launch route

Use Curated for a reviewed, coordinated launch or Instant for the self-service publishing route. Curated launches target 150 SOL in real curve reserves; instant launches target 85 SOL. An instant project can later become verified after review.

Route availability follows the app's rollout. Before publishing, check the target shown in the final preview. Existing projects can have earlier configurations.

### 3. Build the project page

Connect the project's admin wallet and open Launch a Project. Complete the studio, game and team information, upload the assets and add your links. Save your progress as a draft where that option is available.

Describe the game's current state accurately. A planned feature, trailer and playable build give traders different evidence.

### 4. Configure the token

Choose Fair Launch or Studio Launch. Set the token name, symbol, supply and artwork. Review team and treasury allocations and their vesting terms.

With the updated staking allocation enabled, Studio Launches can reserve the configured share for staker rewards. Team, treasury and staking reservations together cannot exceed 40%. The launch preview shows the applicable limits.

Set the studio's fee-funded buyback percentage. If making a separate commitment from game revenue, state the revenue basis, percentage, timing and any cap or tiers clearly. The studio remains responsible for carrying out that commitment.

### 5. Review the execution terms

Confirm the launch route, real reserve target, allocations, vesting, buyback share, launch timing and temporary protection settings. The standard game fee is 5% on the curve and 2% in the official graduated pool.

Temporary opening fees can be much higher than the standard curve fee. Read the preview and live quote carefully. Token metadata and launch settings can become fixed when the on-chain project is created.

### 6. Publish and communicate

Follow the publishing flow and approve only the transactions matching your reviewed terms. Curated launches include the agreed review and scheduling steps. Once trading opens, keep the community informed, explain treasury spending and publish progress.

### 7. Graduation and ongoing funding

When the configured curve target is reached, curve trading closes during migration. Reserves seed the official pool, and the original graduation position is permanently locked. Holders keep the same token.

The updated flow also moves the configured pre-graduation buyback share into escrow and releases an enabled staking allocation to the staking system after graduation. Those features follow the deployed release and the project's configuration.

Track fees earned, funds allocated to buybacks, claims and remaining studio funds separately. [Treasury Management](https://loadout.gitbook.io/product-docs/for-developers/treasury) explains the accounting.
