# Best Practices

Give people enough information to judge the game, then keep showing them the work.

### Before launch

Explain the game's current state, who is building it and what the next funding will pay for. Share a playable build where you have one. Otherwise, distinguish footage, prototypes and planned features clearly.

Choose the launch route and token model deliberately. Review the graduation target, team and treasury allocations, vesting, staking reserve, buyback share and protection settings before publishing.

Make any game-revenue commitment specific enough to check. Define the revenue basis, percentage, timing and any cap or tiers. Only commit to something the studio can execute and report.

### During launch

Share the correct project link and token details. Explain temporary opening fees before people trade. Watch for failed transactions or confusing information and direct users to the current quote and official support.

Avoid promising a price, funding amount or return. Trading activity can change quickly.

### After launch

Publish regular progress updates. Show builds, explain delays and connect spending to the roadmap. Curated teams are expected to keep communicating with their communities.

Track fee earnings, buyback allocations, claims and available studio funds separately. Treat graduation reserves as liquidity and budget development from money the studio actually has.

### Protect access

Use suitable controls for the admin and treasury wallets. Review who can sign, who can change settings and how the team would recover from a lost device or departure. Never share private keys or seed phrases in support chats.

Keep building and make the progress visible. The community should be able to see what its attention is helping fund.
